Theme
I took the site and target market to consideration to determine the theme of the resort. This will allow the resort to have a sense of belonging to the site.
Young group of friends and nature gives me rustic modern.
The name, theme and concept of the resort are derived from the site.
The name Surround Inn is made to sound like ''surrounding'' as intepreted from the water that surrounds the island.
Concept
surrounded open-ness is derived from the nature of the site. It is very open but it is isolated and surrounded by water. This ironic concept allows me to bring the best out of both worlds.
Target Market
Young groups of friends chosen because of the site
